The philosophy of our wine list is in line with Hibiscus, featuring wines from small growers dedicated to producing terroir-driven, sustainable wines. The majority of the wines on the list are organic and biodynamic. The list is small but perfectly formed and it changes regularly, following the rhythm of the seasons.
